1.) All our items are 100% Original and Authentic. We
do not sell fakes, copies, replicas and/or stolen items. It is a
FEDERAL CRIME Punishable by Jail & Heavy Fines. If the timepiece is
Pre-Owned it is disclosed in the listing. Vintage watches are serviced
thoroughly before listing them. Should
you be unsatisfied with your item and/or items, we ask please that you
kindly contact us so that we can work to arrive
to a mutual agreement.
2.) Should a shipped order get lost and/or damaged, an investigation will be conducted.
:: IMPORTANT ::
Please, you must keep all packaging from any damaged shipment, as the carrier and/or shipper will come to inspect the damage.
Failure
to do so will invalidate the insurance of the item and/or items with
the carrier and/or shipping company, as these do not proceed with any
claim for an item and/or items that cannot be inspected at the
recipient's address.
Please contact us to initiate a tracer within 7 business days of your order being shipped.
If
the package cannot be located, the carrier and/or shipper will process a
claim for the package. Claims can take two or more weeks to process.
When
the carrier and/or shipper claims responsibility for the loss and/or
damage of your shipped item and/or items, insurance reimbursement will
be issued to Dynamik18 Giftland and a replacement item and/or items will
be shipped out.
Should the item and/or items be no longer available, an exchange will be done.
At
the time when you receive your item, should there be any damage to it,
or if the item is different than what was ordered, please contact us
within 5 business days of receipt of your item so that we may make any
necessary corrections.
Any
differences of any item and/or items not notified to Dynamik18 Giftland
within 5 business days will not be accepted for return.
3.) Returns within 7 days AND ONLY upon Mutual Agreement; ONLY in case of an EGREGIOUS ERROR or MISREPRESENTATION in the description of the item listed.
We
cannot accept a return if you decide your watch is too small or you do
not like it for some other reason. That is why we respectfully request
that you ASK ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE bidding and/or buying any of our items.
BUYER MUST WAIT for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION subject to the requirements set for returns.
The Return Authorization Number must be written clearly inside and outside the package.
The item MUST BE RETURNED in the ORIGINAL CONDITION it was shipped in, and it must be shipped back ONLY in the same packaging.
Any
Buyer who ships a package to our office which is Not in Compliance with
this Return Policy, will Have their Package Refused by our staff.
That
Package Will Be Returned Back to the Buyer which shipped the item
without following this return policy, & No Credit Will Be Given for
that Item.
4.)
Any returned item and/or items must be sent back to our offices with
the security tag intact, in their original packaging, when applicable,
along with all accessories, links, blank warranty cards, manuals, bonus
gifts, etc., and CANNOT be modified in any way. This includes but is not limited to, the sizing of watches and/or jewelry.
If you remove and/or it is clear that an attempt to remove was made to the security tag, your item will not qualify for return.
ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR REMOVAL OF PARTS OF THE ITEM AND/OR ITEMS WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.
Once you remove the security tag or wear or modify the watch in any
way, it is not acceptable for return and is solely subject to the
warranty provided by the manufacturer and/or by our company.
5.)
Your exchange and/or merchandise credit might take up to 4 weeks
within you shipping your item back to us. Most of the time, you will
probably receive your exchange sooner, but the 4 weeks estimate is
based on the time it might take for the item to return to our offices
(up to 14 days), then our Quality Control personnel must inspect the
returned item and/or items (up to 5 business days), and processing from
our bookkeeper (up to 5 business days).
We will keep you updated via contact through eBay with the details of your return.
This IS the ONLY Way Any Item Will Be Accepted for RETURN.
